Follow them on IG and finally got to give them a try. Did a flat one with caramel and it was heavenly. I finished it like 5 minutes. I loved that he steamed it up to the proper temp of hot. I absolutely hate it when I order hot drinks and I get a lukewarm cup. Anyways price was reasonable too so I tipped since he was flying solo with a line and didn’t compromise quality.

Wow. An explosion of flavor, the first sip gave my brain a shock. This is the best coffee I’ve ever had. And don’t judge a book by its cover. Even though it’s served from a small truck, the coffee and the gentleman working there deserve more than 5 stars.

I stumbled on this coffee spot after forgetting to stop by my usual place and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered an iced latte and found it to be one of the better ones I’ve had—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of milk. It’s a simple drink, but it tastes bland or watered down or terrible in some other way at so many cafes. The barista was friendly, giving the same warm service to everyone. A nice bonus: they had cute dog treats at the window, which my (very picky) dog actually enjoyed. Glad I found Blue Dove!
Beautiful coffee, and a wonderful team! Their espresso is consistently great while providing a toastier flavor profile than the other big hitters around. And Amadeo and Don are so great--they're super nice, don't hesitate to say hi if you recognize them from IG!
This cafe on wheels serves amazing coffee. I had an almond latte and it was just the right temperature with a smooth and aromatic taste. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed. I like to pair my farmers market runs with a latte from Blue Dove.
